A highly respected law firm in the Denver/Boulder market is seeking a Mid-Level Technology Associate with 4–6 years of experience in technology transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of technology and commercial agreements. This role offers strong mentorship, a collaborative environment, and a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, cloud services agreements, and technology development contracts.

• Support clients in commercial contracting and ongoing technology transactions.

• Advise on privacy, data security, and IP-related considerations as they relate to technology deals.

• Work closely with partners and clients to manage transactions from initial negotiation through final execution.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in technology transactions or commercial contracts.

• Strong background with SaaS agreements and software-related contracting.

• Experience with privacy, data protection, or cybersecurity matters is a plus.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Colorado Bar or ability to waive in.
