A well-established law firm in Lexington is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient litigator who is comfortable managing cases from intake through resolution.
5–10 years of litigation experience
Strong background in general liability defense, with an emphasis on:
Auto liability
Slip-and-fall / premises liability
Workers’ compensation defense
Ability to independently manage a caseload
Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and hearings
Licensed to practice in Kentucky (or eligible for admission)
Stable, well-supported litigation practice
Autonomy with responsibility over files
Collegial, professional work environment
