We are partnering with an established, asset-based carrier with nearly 70 years in business is seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join its high-growth team. Serving Fortune 500 customers nationwide, this company offers a strong sales culture, modern technology, and full operational support in a remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new customer business

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Negotiate rates and manage contracts

  • Coordinate shipments with dedicated operations and dispatch teams

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and revenue targets

     

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (ideally $300K+/month revenue, $30K+/month gross margin)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with self-motivation

  • Ability to manage and grow customer accounts

     

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80K–$100K base salary + uncapped commissions
