What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day supply chain planning and replenishment
Manage inventory, forecasts, and ERP accuracy
Analyze demand vs. actuals and address gaps
Supervise and mentor 1–2 planners
Partner with sales, suppliers, and logistics to ensure service levels
What We’re Looking For
5+ years supply chain / planning experience (CPG or Food)
3+ years people management
Strong ERP and inventory management skills
Food supply chain experience (frozen/dry preferred)
