Job Description

Gpac has partnered with a heavy civil contractor looking to add an Project Executive to their team.  We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Mission Critical Construction Project Executive to oversee and lead multiple hyper-scale data center infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mission-critical construction

Project Executive Duties:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple hyper-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the preconstruction team to ensure accurate estimates and competitive bidding strategies.
• Integrate self-performed civil construction activities with overall project delivery.
• Develop preliminary project schedules.
• Manage a team of project managers and project engineers.
• Collaborate with clients and project partners for overall project success, risk mitigation, and long-term relationship building.
• Engage with clients during the bidding process to clarify project requirements, adjustments and to foster strong professional relationships. Present and explain project proposals to clients, designers, and operations teams. 

Project Executive Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in large commercial construction (mission critical experience preferred).
• Strong industry experience specific to construction, or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with typical PM software tools, or equivalents, including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), MS Project, P6, Google Earth, Google Drive, MS Teams, and willingness to learn new and project-specific programs.
