Lead, develop, and retain a team of plumbing service professionals
Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workload planning, and dispatch
Hire, coach, and manage performance with clear expectations and accountability
Address operational challenges and personnel issues promptly and professionally
Support budgeting, job cost awareness, and overall service performance
10+ years of plumbing service or project management experience
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and direct teams
Excellent communication skills with technicians, customers, and leadership
Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
