Building accurate, detailed estimates for medium to large commercial drywall projects
Performing takeoffs and quantifying materials with precision
Preparing complete, competitive bid packages
Reviewing drawings, specs, and scope with PMs and leadership
Coordinating with vendors and subs to lock in the best pricing
Identifying risk, gaps, and cost-saving opportunities before bids go out
Supporting project teams post-award to ensure smooth handoff
2–5+ years estimating commercial drywall projects
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications confidently
Experience with software such as QuickBid, The Edge, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Procore, or similar
Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple bids at once
Bonus: Some project management exposure
Established, reputable contractor with steady backlog
Real opportunity to impact revenue and growth

Room to grow into senior estimating or precon roles
