The Opportunity: High-Stakes Litigation with a Modern Workflow

Are you an ambitious litigator tired of the "Big Law" grind but still craving high-quality, complex trial work? We are partnering with a rapidly expanding, multi-state defense firm that is redefining the insurance defense landscape.

This isn't just another desk job—this is a seat at the table in a firm that is growing aggressively across the U.S. You will handle sophisticated cases for Fortune 500 companies and top-tier insurers, all while enjoying a culture that actually respects your life outside the office.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • True Hybrid Flexibility: We value results, not just "face time." Enjoy a balanced schedule that blends remote work with collaborative in-office days.
  • Rapid Career Path: With a multi-state footprint and a "growth-first" mindset, the path to Senior Associate or Partner is clear and supported by active mentorship.
  • Top-of-Market Pay: Competitive base salary tiered by years of experience, plus a transparent, performance-based bonus structure.
  • Premier Benefits: Full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, generous PTO, and firm-paid CLEs/Bar dues.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution (General Liability, Auto/Trucking, Premises Liability, and more).
  • Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  • Draft and argue winning motions and represent clients in court and mediations.
  • Collaborate with a tech-forward team using the latest in AI-assisted legal research and e-discovery tools to stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 2–7 years of civil litigation experience (Insurance Defense preferred, but we value strong litigation skills from any background).
  • Licensure: Active member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
  • Skills: A sharp legal mind, strong deposition skills, and the "trial-ready" instinct to protect your clients’ interests.
