We're recruiting a Process Engineering Manager for an established medical device manufacturer producing precision injection-molded components used in critical healthcare applications.
Here's where you'll make your mark:
Lead the team. Coach and develop process engineers while setting technical direction and accountability.
Own the science. Drive scientific molding, process optimization, troubleshooting, and robust process development.
Make quality repeatable. Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validations and support ISO 13485 compliance.
Shape new products. Partner with tooling, quality, manufacturing, and product development from launch through production.
Solve the hard problems. Improve process capability, reduce variation, and eliminate recurring manufacturing issues.
What you'll bring:
7+ years of plastics processing experience, particularly injection molding.
Strong understanding of polymers, tooling, molding equipment, and scientific molding.
Experience with medical device manufacturing and process validation.
The technical credibility and leadership skills to develop an engineering team.
Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
