Job Title: Real Estate Attorney – Commercial Closings 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions and closings. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes, high-dollar deals and has extensive experience with HOA and COA matters. The position will focus on real estate transactions, with 75% commercial and 25% residential work, requiring a deep understanding of complex closing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage real estate closings, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, loan documents, and title commitments.
  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Advise clients on HOA and COA regulations, compliance, and disputes.
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate closings, including zoning, title review, and contract negotiations.
  • Work with lenders, developers, investors, and title companies to facilitate seamless closings.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts for high-dollar real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • J.D. and active license to practice law in Florida (Required).
  • Experience in real estate law with a focus on commercial transactions and closings.
  • Strong knowledge of HOA and COA laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle high-dollar real estate deals efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple closing deadlines.
