5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction
Strong background in ground-up, high-end custom home builds
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, scheduling, and on-site safety
Solid leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple job sites
Stable employment history and reputation for delivering quality work
