🔹 Prepare bids for civil construction projects ($3M-$10M)
🔹 Oversee & review project plans, requirements, and specifications
🔹 Develop multi-disciplinary estimates
🔹 Determine labor and equipment costs
🔹 Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
🔹 Understand project logistics and scheduling
✔ 4+ years of construction experience
✔ Stable work history
✔ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
✔ Experience estimating projects of $5M or more is highly desirable
