Litigation Associate Attorney (3–6 Years)

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid; On-site initially)

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 / year

Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and business litigation, with a particular focus on contract disputes and regulatory compliance. This role begins on-site to facilitate onboarding and integration into our team, transitioning to a flexible hybrid arrangement over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.

  • Advise business clients on regulatory compliance issues and breach of contract disputes.

  • Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and mediation sessions.

  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex dispute resolution strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of substantive commercial and business litigation experience.

  • Strong background handling contract claims and regulatory compliance matters.

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Washington 

  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in-person initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
