A prestigious and expanding firm is seeking a Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Associate Attorney to join its respected practice in Naples, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid- to senior-level attorney to work closely with high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies—all within a collaborative, in-office environment.
What They’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation (additional experience welcomed)
Skilled in drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning instruments
Strong understanding of tax planning, wealth transfer, and succession strategies
Client-focused with excellent communication, judgment, and relationship skills
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
What You’ll Do
Counsel individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation matters
Draft and implement a wide range of trust and estate planning documents
Provide guidance on business succession, tax-efficient transfers, and asset protection
Assist fiduciaries with the administration of estates and trusts
Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
Support estate-related litigation and conduct related research
