A prestigious and expanding firm is seeking a Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Associate Attorney to join its respected practice in Naples, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid- to senior-level attorney to work closely with high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies—all within a collaborative, in-office environment.

What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in trusts, estates, and wealth preservation (additional experience welcomed)

  • Skilled in drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning instruments

  • Strong understanding of tax planning, wealth transfer, and succession strategies

  • Client-focused with excellent communication, judgment, and relationship skills

  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Counsel individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation matters

  • Draft and implement a wide range of trust and estate planning documents

  • Provide guidance on business succession, tax-efficient transfers, and asset protection

  • Assist fiduciaries with the administration of estates and trusts

  • Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns

  • Support estate-related litigation and conduct related research
