Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT REQUIRED; PE preferred
- 3+ years of experience in land development REQUIRED
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Understanding of the local and state permitting process in PA
- Ability to work on a team with other employees, as well as independently when needed
Job Description/Duties:
- Will be working with Senior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects in and around the state
- Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
- Prepare and complete E&S control plans as well as permit packages
- Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
- Assist PM to ensure project deadlines are met
- Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
