Project Engineer – Federal / DoD Construction
We’re working with a well-established Federal contractor that continues to secure exciting long-term work with USACE, NAVFAC, and other government agencies. With a strong reputation for integrity, quality, and team-first culture — they’re looking to bring on a Project Engineer to support upcoming ground-up and renovation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in day-to-day coordination
Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Read and interpret construction drawings/specs/contracts
Support procurement and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Ensure Federal compliance and accurate reporting throughout construction
Participate in site meetings and help drive project closeout
What You Bring
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field
(or equivalent industry experience)
2–5+ years in commercial or Federal construction environments
Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC requirements is highly preferred
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Ability to obtain Security Clearance preferred
OSHA 30 is a plus
