Project Engineer – Multifamily / Mixed-Use Construction
We’re supporting a growing general contractor and developer that specializes in delivering high-quality multifamily and mixed-use communities. With multiple new ground-up projects in the pipeline, they’re looking to bring on a Project Engineer who’s eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a strong project team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the full construction lifecycle and a direct path into future Project Management opportunities.
Partner closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects running smoothly
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Assist with schedule updates, cost tracking, and procurement
Review plans, specs, and contract requirements to ensure alignment in the field
Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to maintain progress
Support quality control, safety initiatives, and project closeout activities
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar — or equivalent project experience
2–5+ years in commercial or multifamily construction environments
Experience working on ground-up jobs is strongly preferred
Ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and solve problems proactively
Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, and other industry tools
Positive attitude and a drive to take on new challenges
