A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with 7–10 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing New Jersey litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution and will thrive in a practice that values autonomy, teamwork, and client service.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions.
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and senior attorneys.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for insurance carriers and clients.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda supporting case strategy.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the courts while ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
- 7–10 years of civil litigation experience, including experience in New Jersey state and federal courts.
- Experience handling cases independently from inception through resolution.
- Significant deposition and motion practice experience.
- Experience with mediations and arbitrations.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports for insurance carriers and clients.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and case management skills.
