A well-established and growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven Executive Assistant to provide direct support to executive leadership. This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, improving processes, and helping drive business operations.
This role extends well beyond administrative support. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who anticipates needs, solves problems, manages multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive priorities
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure key initiatives remain on schedule
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, leases, and related business documentation
- Track important deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes
- Support operational initiatives by gathering information, tracking projects, and assisting leadership with business decisions
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support that enables executive leadership to remain focused on strategic objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
- Experience supporting C-level executives, business owners, or senior leadership
- Manufacturing, construction, industrial, or operations-focused experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience preparing contracts, leases, or formal business documentation
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize independently and work with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
