A leading architecture firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex higher education design projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced architect with a passion for academic spaces and a track record of successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage higher education projects from planning through completion.
Collaborate with clients and guide internal teams.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources.
Lead design development (Revit proficiency preferred).
Build client relationships and support business development.
Qualifications:
10–15 years of architecture experience, primarily in higher ed.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Experience with academic facilities (labs, classrooms, research).
Licensed Architect (MN preferred) or on track for licensure.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
