Are you an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a passion for office space transformation? We’re looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer - Project Manager to join our team and lead innovative corporate office projects, including repurposing and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements
• Create detailed design specifications, material selections, and budgets
• Lead and manage design teams through all project phases
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Focus on corporate office projects, including tenant rep work and office repurposing

Qualifications:

• 6-12 years of interior design experience
• Strong background in corporate office projects and project management
• Experience with tenant rep and office repurposing
• NCDIQ and LEED certifications preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
