Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Agronomy Manager to lead our agronomy operations and support our commitment to providing top-tier service and solutions to our growers. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of agronomic strategy, team development, and customer relationships within a progressive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of agronomists and support staff

  • Provide expert agronomic recommendations to customers on crop production, soil health, and pest management

  • Oversee crop input planning, purchasing, and inventory control

  • Develop and implement agronomy programs that align with company goals and grower needs

  • Stay up to date on agronomic trends, technology, and compliance standards

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field

  • 3–5+ years of experience in agronomy or crop consulting

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of crop inputs, precision ag tools, and regional growing conditions

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $110,000, depending on experience
