Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic decisions, including fleet expansion and operational improvements.
- Optimize the use of capital for acquisitions, equipment investments, and infrastructure development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in the transportation or trucking sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of financial turnaround strategies and operational efficiency improvements.
- Expertise in leveraging technology for financial reporting and data analytics.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $180,000–$250,000 annually, depending on experience.
