Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost control.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic decisions, including fleet expansion and operational improvements.
  • Optimize the use of capital for acquisitions, equipment investments, and infrastructure development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10–15+ years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in the transportation or trucking sector.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of financial turnaround strategies and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Expertise in leveraging technology for financial reporting and data analytics.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $180,000–$250,000 annually, depending on experience.
