Chief Executive Officer

Gpac has partnered with an agriculture company in New York looking to fill the role of CEO. The company is now embarking on the next phase of its growth strategy which will oversee the business target the development of higher margin activities with a heavy focus on business development in the dairy industry serving key customers in the mid-Atlantic market.

The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and be based in the company’s headquarters in New York, the CEO will have full responsibility for the following:

  • All aspects of the organization’s operational and financial performance.  
  • Working with the Senior Leadership Team and The Board, to further drive the strategic development and growth of the business.
  • Identifying acquisition and other opportunities that are consistent with the strategic direction of the company.
  • Maintaining and developing close relationships with employees, shareholder members, customers, and key strategic business partners.  

CEO Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational/leadership skills and preferred C-Suite experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing profitable strategies in the agriculture and dairy industries is a must.
  • Knowledge of the animal feed industry; specifically with dairy cattle
  • Knowledge of organic commodities market buying, selling, trading in the US and International markets.
  • Ability to drive sales of byproducts
  • The preferred candidate will be a senior leader of exceptional caliber and vision with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver competitive advantage.
  • The candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills with a proven track record of developing and maintaining effective relationships within the industries.

Pay:

  • up to $250K base + bonus potential
