As our Territory Advisor, you'll play a key role in prospecting for potential clients, ensuring timely submission of reports, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and leads. This is a crucial position that requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software.

To be considered for this role, you must either hold or be willing to obtain a license for selling multiperil crop insurance and crop hail insurance. We also require a strong network within the agriculture industry with growers (must come with a book of business) and a proven track record of success in direct sales. Prior experience in agriculture is a must. 

In return, we offer a guaranteed compensation of up to $140,000 during the first two years DOE (if candidates exceed base within first 2 years they will earn commissions on top of that base additionally), with the potential to earn a base salary and commission bonus of up to $200,000 + in the following years. Territory travel with be required. This position comes with a company vehicle, gas card, and laptop and full benefits offered. This is an opportunity to advance your career and make a significant impact on the growth of our company.
