They are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and handle day-to-day project responsibilities, lead and run projects, and become immersed into the incredible work culture this firm has built. What you will need:

• 2-20 years of industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Have a knowledge/background with grading, site layout, erosion control design and more 
• Background in land development 
• Be proficient and confident in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other engineering software
• Survey experience is a plus (but not required)
• EIT certification (bonus compensation if you have your PE, or upon completion of your PE)
