Family Law Attorney – 7+ Years’ Experience
Location: Tysons, VA (Must Reside in Northern Virginia)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Mostly Remote
About the Opportunity:
A highly respected Family Law Firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for a self-driven practitioner who values flexibility, low billable requirements, and a strong compensation structure tied directly to performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage a diverse family law caseload
• Handle matters related to divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and related filings
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court appearances as needed
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication
• Collaborate with internal administrative and litigation support when needed
What You Need to Bring:
• 7+ years of family law experience • Active Virginia Bar license
• Strong litigation and negotiation experience in family law matters
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
• Clear and empathetic client communication and advocacy skills
• Must reside in Northern Virginia
Work Environment:
• 1400 annual billable hours target
• Flexible hybrid schedule – primarily remote
• Office space available for meetings and client needs
Compensation:
• $150,000 base salary
• Quarterly bonus for every 350 collected hours
• 50% collection share for any hours billed and collected above 1400 annually
