Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Structural Steel
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing projects such as design-build commercial structural steel and bridges, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee large-scale structural steel fabrication projects from planning through completion
Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and construction teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
Identify and resolve project issues proactively
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and clients
Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication
Experience with design-build commercial structural steel and bridge projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and complex scopes
