Our Environmental Team offers its clients a unique blend of legal counseling and representation, finding solutions and identifying problems before they occur. We have experience in all substantive areas of environmental law and can help our clients address the full spectrum of their environmental needs.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. We want to hire a candidate with a solid understanding of Environmental Law and a desire to further their career. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years’ experience with environmental law
• Assist industrial and commercial businesses and public entities with compliance and corrective measures relating to environmental matters. In particular, the environmental practice emphasizes environmental permitting, enforcement, compliance, remediation, and corrective action matters.
• Experience with extended producer responsibility, sustainability, supply chains, and climate risk reporting is preferred. Cap and trade experience is a plus. Extensive environmental litigation experience with an ability to manage cases will also be considered, along with additional experience with environmental or energy regulatory law.
