Product Manager in Sioux City

Job Description

As the Production Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end operations of our facility and warehouse, managing everything from production schedules to inventory flow. You’ll play a key leadership role in driving process improvements, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and leading a skilled team to meet operational goals.

About the Role:

• Oversee daily operations of the production facility and warehouse
• Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving processes
• Supervise and develop production and warehouse staff; ensure team alignment with operational goals
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet demand and delivery timelines
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics to senior leadership
• Maintain equipment, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in production, operations, or warehouse management (agriculture or related industry preferred)
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and production planning tools
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance in an industrial setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
