Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a background in trucking litigation or construction law, but we are open to attorneys with strong experience in other areas of insurance defense.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling cases from inception through trial, with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience required.
• Conducting site inspections and accident scene investigations.
• Taking depositions and obtaining witness statements.
• Attending hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Assisting with trial preparation and trial presentation.
• Managing trucking-related defense matters ranging from franchise and dealer network disputes to accident claims.

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in Oklahoma.
• Minimum of 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Proven trial experience as first or second chair is a must
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
