Executive Officer Commercial Loan Opportunities
I place professionals in the banking and finance industry--I'm a recruiter. I am working with a multi-billion-dollar bank in the US that specializes in commercial lending, and they are expanding their lending team leadership. Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF), Rural Energy for America (REAP), and Water & Waste Disposal (WWD).
This person will lead the division and will focus on Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF), Rural Energy for America (REAP), and Water & Waste Disposal (WWD) program loan department; the person hired will build a book of business from the ground up after operational pieces are in place. Use your current network as a springboard and expand on that network from coast to coast--there are no geographical restrictions other than staying within the United States.
The bank multibillion dollars in assets which allows lenders to do some very large loans. There are no industry restrictions or dedications--if the deal cash flows-- well it's up for consideration.
