Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Repair: Perform advanced diagnostics and service repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on customer-owned and dealer-owned machinery.
- Technology Integration: Utilize specialized diagnostic software (Service ADVISOR™) to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Precision Ag: Support and repair Integrated Solutions and Precision Ag technology (GPS and guidance systems).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service work performed.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a John Deere technician OR at least 2 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic working on heavy equipment or agricultural machinery.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
