About the Opportunity
Our firm is seeking a General Liability Associate with 5–10 years of experience to join our Atlanta team. We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation skills who can confidently handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in General Liability litigation, with specific background in:
GL auto defense
Slip-and-fall cases
Workers’ compensation defense matters
Candidates should be able to independently manage files from pre-litigation through trial preparation, communicate effectively with clients and carriers, and work collaboratively within the team.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain)
5–10 years of General Liability litigation experience
Strong background in GL auto, slip-and-fall, and WC defense
Proven ability to independently manage litigation files
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset
