Our firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing Atlanta office. This position is ideal for an attorney who values autonomy, strong team collaboration, and a true work-life balance.
Role Overview
You will collaborate closely with a small, supportive Atlanta team and manage Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to resolution with minimal supervision. The candidate should feel confident handling their own caseload and communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain)
2–5 years of Workers’ Compensation experience
Ability to independently handle files from start to finish
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a close-knit group
