Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Pasadena)

Are you litigation attorney with a passion for helping people? Our client firm is looking for a plaintiff litigation attorney...preferably Personal Injury for an IN-OFFICE position, with at least 1+ years of plaintiff experience to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients, working in sensitive areas including child sexual abuse, civil rights and wrongful death.

Our client is a well-established and highly respected law firm with a strong track record of success in complex personal injury cases. They're open to candidates with experience with depositions and writing/defending motions.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a full caseload from case filing to trial
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Draft and argue motions and briefs
  • Prepare for and litigate jury trials
  • Collaborate with a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Communicate with and advise clients throughout the legal process

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and courtroom presence
  • A compassionate and client-focused approach
  • Active bar membership in California

 

Compensation and Benefits: This is a 100% in-office position based in Pasadena, CA. The firm offers a competitive base salary + bonuses tied to performance and case outcomes. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.
