Corporate Associate Attorney – Junior to Mid-Level | Partnership Track

A highly respected law firm is seeking based in San Francisco is a Corporate Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its corporate practice. This is a partnership-track opportunity for an attorney with a strong transactional background who is looking to continue building their practice within a sophisticated and collaborative team.

Practice Areas

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Corporate and securities transactions

• Private investment funds
• Corporate governance
• General corporate and commercial counseling
• Transactional intellectual property matters

Requirements

• 2–5 years of solid corporate transactional experience
• Experience with M&A and securities law
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong academic and professional credentials
