Estimator – Commercial Drywall

A well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an Entry-to-Mid Level Drywall Estimator to join its team in Oklahoma.

This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who has a solid foundation in commercial drywall and framing and wants to continue developing their estimating skills with a company known for a strong team culture, supportive leadership, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Requirements:

• Previous estimating experience within commercial drywall, metal framing, or interior construction
• Experience with structural framing
• Working knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to learn, develop, and grow within the organization

Responsibilities:

• Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial drywall and framing projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Estimate drywall, metal framing, and structural framing scopes
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff (OST) for quantity takeoffs and bid preparation
• Assist with material, labor, and subcontractor pricing
• Communicate with vendors, project teams, and general contractors throughout the bidding process
• Help identify scope gaps, potential risks, and value-engineering opportunities

Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

• Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $80,000+ (depending on experience and market)
