Associate Dentist

Centerville / Greater Dayton Area, OH | Full-Time | $150,000–$250,000+ Earning Potential

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join an established, busy general dentistry practice in the Greater Dayton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants the patient flow and resources of an established practice while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice dentistry the way they believe is best for their patients.

The office has a strong existing patient base, an experienced clinical team, modern technology, and the infrastructure necessary for an associate to step in and be productive.

The Opportunity

The practice provides comprehensive dentistry to patients of all ages, with opportunities to perform a broad range of procedures based on your experience and clinical interests, including:

• Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Implant dentistry
• Emergency dental care
• Treatment planning and comprehensive patient care

Dentists interested in expanding their clinical capabilities will also have opportunities for continued education and development in areas such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, clear aligner therapy, and other advanced procedures.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
• Values clinical autonomy and high-quality patient care
• Communicates well with patients and the clinical team
• Wants to continue developing clinically and professionally

Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply, although newer dentists with strong clinical fundamentals and a desire to grow will also be considered.
