Associate Dentist

West Chester, OH | Full-Time | Strong Earning Potential

We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join an established, comprehensive dental practice in the West Chester area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into an existing practice environment with an established patient base, experienced clinical support, and the ability to provide a broad range of dentistry without being limited to basic restorative work.

The Opportunity

The practice provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, giving the incoming dentist the opportunity to build a productive schedule while treating a diverse range of cases.

Depending on your experience and clinical interests, procedures may include:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Restorative dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Root canal therapy
• Dentures and partial dentures
• Implant restorative dentistry
• Preventive and comprehensive treatment planning
• Emergency dental care

The goal is to provide the incoming dentist with the patient flow, support, and clinical environment necessary to develop a strong long-term practice.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
• Values quality patient care and clinical autonomy
• Communicates effectively with patients and team members
• Wants to continue developing clinically and professionally

Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply, although newer dentists with strong clinical fundamentals and a desire to expand their skills will also be considered.
