Associate Dentist

Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Strong Earning Potential

We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join an established and growing dental practice in the Vandalia area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants a productive schedule, strong clinical support, and the ability to provide comprehensive dentistry while continuing to expand their skills into more advanced procedures.

The Opportunity

The practice offers a broad range of general, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced dental services, allowing the incoming dentist to develop a diverse clinical schedule.

Depending on your experience and clinical interests, procedures may include:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Restorative dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Extractions
• Implant dentistry
• Dentures and partials
• Clear aligner treatment
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Full-mouth restorative cases

Dentists who already perform advanced procedures will have an opportunity to utilize those skills, while dentists looking to expand their clinical capabilities will have room to continue developing.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
• Values clinical autonomy and high-quality patient care
• Communicates effectively with patients and the clinical team
• Wants to continue developing clinically and professionally

Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply, although newer dentists with strong clinical fundamentals and the motivation to grow will also be considered.
