Family Law Attorney

Location: Boise, Idaho

Salary: $120,000+ per year (DOE) + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Courtroom Advocacy: Represent clients effectively in hearings, trials, mediations, and oral arguments with enthusiasm and strong oral advocacy skills.

• Legal Research & Writing: Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, legal briefs, settlement agreements, and court correspondence with high precision.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain frequent, compassionate, and professional interaction with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and judges.

• Case Management: Oversee family law cases from initial consultation through final resolution, ensuring all deadlines and court rules are met meticulously.

• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, paralegals, and administrative staff to build solid cases and maintain a positive firm culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bar Admission: Active license to practice law in the State of Idaho in good standing (Required).

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in family law or litigation is preferred

• Litigation Passion: A strong desire to litigate and represent clients actively in court.

• Research & Writing: Superior legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding social skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients while working effectively with court personnel and opposing counsel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000+ per year, commensurate with experience (DOE).
