Position: Senior Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Olympia, WA
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $250,000 – $350,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, trial-ready Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing firm in Olympia, Washington. This role requires a skilled litigator capable of managing high-value personal injury claims, leading a dedicated support team, and taking complex cases from intake through verdict or settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of high-complexity plaintiff personal injury files (e.g., motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death).
Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and leading mediation, arbitration, and jury trials.
Develop and execute aggressive, effective litigation strategies to maximize recovery for clients.
Oversee and mentor assigned paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.
Maintain frequent, compassionate communication with clients to guide them through the legal process.
Qualifications
Education & License: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA).
Experience: Minimum of 7–10+ years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling high-value settlements and trial verdicts.
Trial Experience: Demonstrated lead-counsel experience in Washington Superior Courts.
Skills: Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills.
