Looking for your next business development seat? An AISC-certified Michigan steel erector wants a permanent full-time Business Development Manager to secure Midwest projects of 5,000+ tons. Pay is $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives, with Midwest travel.

Your role

• Travel across the Midwest meeting clients and moving pursuits forward
• Generate steel erection business with general contractors and owners
• Plan and lead pursuits on structural packages of 5,000+ tons
• Watch bid schedules, competitor moves, and project forecasts
• Serve as a trusted face for an AISC-certified Michigan erector

You likely have

• BD or sales experience in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• Experience winning large Midwest tonnage projects
• Ties to general contractors, fabricators, or owners preferred
• Ready to travel around the Midwest
• Strong communication skills and a closing track record
