Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects at job sites across the region

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics

• Enforce safety programs and quality standards

• Provide daily reporting and coordinate closely with PMs

• Mobilize, run, and close out projects from start to finish

Requirements

• 5+ years as a commercial construction superintendent

• Willing to travel for extended assignments

• OSHA 30 preferred

• Strong plan-reading and trade coordination skills

• Self-motivated, independent leader
