Responsibilities

• Estimate synthetic turf, natural grass, and athletic field projects

• Handle takeoffs for sitework, drainage, base, and surfacing

• Price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors

• Prepare proposals for schools, municipalities, and private clients

• Support project handoff and value engineering

Requirements

• 2+ years of estimating in sitework, civil, or sports field construction

• Experience with takeoff software and Excel

• Ability to read civil and site plans

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

• Experience with athletic or recreational facilities a plus
