Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with brief writing, drafting discovery requests, document review, and all aspects of a deposition. Our practice focuses on business/commercial litigation, construction litigation, personal injury (plaintiff’s side), and Law Against Discrimination/Civil Rights cases (plaintiff’s side).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting complaints, briefs, and motions.
  • Preparing and responding to discovery requests.
  • Reviewing and analyzing case documents.
  • Taking and defending depositions.
  • Collaborating on case strategy and preparing for trial.
  • Managing assigned cases from inception to resolution.

Skills Required:
3 years of litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, experience drafting briefs and motions, experience drafting and responding to discovery, experience with document review, ability to handle all aspects of depositions, familiarity with business/commercial litigation, familiarity with construction litigation, familiarity with personal injury law, familiarity with civil rights litigation, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, Spanish language proficiency (bonus).
