A respected, family-owned funeral home in the St. Louis area is seeking a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer — or a Funeral Director — for a full-time hybrid role that blends front-of-house care with back-of-house technical expertise.

With over a century of service, this firm is rooted in tradition but forward-thinking in practice. Their leadership is committed to building a team of compassionate professionals who value meaningful service, professional integrity, and a collaborative work environment.

This position is opening due to an upcoming retirement. While there’s no urgent timeline, the owner is ready to begin conversations with candidates who bring energy, purpose, and a long-term mindset to the profession.

  • Licensed FDE or FD (Missouri, or able to reciprocate)
  • Ideally 1–5 years of experience in funeral service
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role — handling both families and preparation

  • Looking for stability, growth, and a long-term home in funeral service
