Position: Commercial Construction Superintendent

A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for quality and successful project delivery is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to lead field operations on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day field operations.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality control and jobsite safety.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Identify and resolve field issues and potential delays.
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, punch lists, and project closeout.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
- Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Proficiency with construction management software preferred.
