Opportunity
A well-established commercial construction company with a strong reputation for quality, client relationships, and successful project delivery is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.
The company offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial projects while working alongside experienced construction professionals and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project financials.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Partner with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Oversee quality, safety, documentation, and project closeout.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, and project financials.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.
